At Shiv Prem Agencies, we aim to provide high-quality fragrance raw materials and essential oils. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy is limited and subject to the following conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

The product received is damaged during shipping

The product received is incorrect

The product received is defective

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request, please contact us with the following details:

Order number

Product name

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Description of the problem

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect:

Essential oils

Fragrance compounds

Attars and aroma chemicals

Opened or used products

Products that have been opened, used, or altered will not be eligible for return.

4. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, we may offer:

Replacement of the product, or

Refund to the original payment method

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
